Gennadi Finkelsthain, CEO-CTO
Gennadi Finkelshtain is a deep-tech energy entrepreneur and inventor with over 35 years of experience in electrochemical energy systems, portable power, and off-grid and microgrid solutions.
He is the inventor of Direct Borohydride Fuel Cell (DBFC) technology and founder of More Energy (Israel), later part of MEDIS Technologies (USA), where he led the development and commercialization of the world’s first portable fuel cell power systems, with over 100,000 units delivered.
He later co-founded GenCell, serving as CTO & VP R&D, where he led the development and deployment of fuel cell-based backup and microgrid solutions for telecom operators and critical infrastructure.
At HydriGy, he is focused on advancing DBFC technology and integrating it into next-generation portable and off-grid energy systems.
David Furstenberg, Chairman
David is a distinguished executive with a career defined by

public and private sectors. He specializes in steering organizations through
complex market shifts to achieve sustainable, long-term growth. David currently
serves on the Executive Board of Elsight (ASX: ELS), where his
strategic guidance contributed to a landmark 1,500% valuation increase within
a single year. By bridging operational precision with visionary strategy, David
remains a pivotal figure in corporate development and high-tech innovation.

As Business Development Executive with global expertise in assembly technologies, as mechnical engineer expert in automation, Didier brings 25 years of experience as director in EMERSON to drive strategic growth.
